Fresh Perspectives on Pilgrimage and Place

Tuesday 18 July to Wednesday 19 July 19, 2017
University of York, UK

In autumn 2017 our interdisciplinary team (History, Social Anthropology, Religious Studies, Theology, Archaeology, Art History and 3D visualisation) from the University of York, Open University and University of Toronto complete this 3 year AHRC funded project on ‘Pilgrimage and England’s Cathedrals, Past and Present’.

This final year conference is designed as an opportunity to share project research outcomes in conversation with others working in the fields of pilgrimage and both journey- and place-related spirituality.

To register for the event, kindly return a completed registration form (see below) to candc-admin [at] york.ac.uk by the end of June. As there are only a few places left, please await confirmation of your place prior to booking the dinner or making any other related arrangements.
